Food Safety Management System ISO 22000

Introduction :

ISO 22000 is an international standard that defines requirements for a food safety management system.It is needed by every participant in the food production chain who wants to prove his ability to control risks related to food safety in order to ensure the production of safe food materials that respond to customer requirements and comply with the regulations in force in this regard.The ISO 22000 standard emphasizes that the safety of food products cannot be guaranteed except by the combined efforts of all actors in the food chain.This course provides trainees with the skills and techniques necessary to measure the effectiveness of a food safety management system through audits.This course aims to introduce trainees to the accelerated learning approach to quality food safety management ISO 22000 to enable them to implement the application of food safety management systems, through a clear understanding of the requirements of the international standard ISO 22000, and the standards associated with the HACCP principles.
