Introduction :

Course Objectives :

At the end of this course, the participants will be able to :

  1. Awareness and definition of international standards for food safety during transportation, handling, storage, and receiving operations, as well as local and Arab regulations, guides, instructions, and laws.
  2. Compare and explain the various differences between addressing each food safety standard during transportation, handling, storage, and receiving operations, and the requirements of each standard.
  3. Ease of application and clarity of the project for obtaining a certificate in compliance with common requirements for food safety during its transportation/distribution.
  4. Choose the appropriate specification according to the nature and degree of complexity of the company/institution’s operations and activity.
